一起SO_2和SO_3气体泄漏致村民中毒的调查

Investigation on An Incident of Villagers Poisoning Caused by SO_2 and SO_3 Gas Leakage

目的调查某化工股份有限公司三氧化硫(SO3)、二氧化硫(SO2)气体泄漏的原因及造成的危害。方法采用职业流行病学的方法进行现场调查。结果某化工股份有限公司硫酸生产线干吸工段一吸液下泵发生腐蚀性破损故障,使SO3、SO2泄漏,导致59名村民到医院就诊,主要为上呼吸道刺激症状。结论这是一起SO3、SO2泄漏引起的群体性中毒事件。

[Objective]To investigate the gas leakage and damage of SO2 and SO3 from a Chemical Co.,Ltd. [Methods]Method of occupational epidemiology was adopted to perform field investigation. [Results]Corrosive damage,which occurred in a suction pump of drying and absorption section in sulfuric acid production line,caused SO2 and SO3 leakage that leaded to upper respiratory tract irritation of 59 villagers who received treatment in hospital. [Conclusion]This is an collective poisoning incident caused by SO2 and SO3 leakage.
