摘要
目的探讨运用临床路径实施对肿瘤患者进行经外周静脉中心静脉(PICC)置管护理的健康教育的效果。方法将126例PICC置管的肿瘤患者随机分为2组,试验组采取临床路径对PICC置管患者实施健康教育,对照组采取传统的健康教育方式,比较2组患者对有关导管知识的掌握情况、患者及家属对护理满意度、出院后导管维护情况。结果试验组对导管有关知识掌握达标率(93.8%)及对护理工作的满意率(96.9%)均高于对照组;试验组出院后导管维护异常发生率小于对照组。结论应用临床路径对PICC置管患者实施健康教育,提高了患者对导管知识的掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度,减少了导管留置期间的并发症。
[Objective]To explore the application effect of clinical pathway on health education of nursing for tumor patients with Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC). [Methods]126 PICC tumor patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was given health education of clinical pathway,and the control group was given traditional health education.The knowledge about catheter,nursing satisfaction of patient and his family,catheter maintenance after discharge of two groups were compared. [Results]The awareness rate of knowledge about catheter(93.8%) and satisfaction rate toward nursing(96.9%) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of catheter abnormality after discharge in the experimental groups was lower than that in the control group. [Conclusion]The application of clinical pathway on health education for PICC patients can increase the awareness rate of knowledge about catheter and satisfaction rate toward nursing,and reduce the complications during indwelling catheterization.
