ET在一氧化碳迟发脑病患者膳食护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨脑电超慢涨落分析仪(ET)在一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病患者膳食护理中的应用。方法对6例一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病患者进行脑ET检查。结果一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病患者脑内神经递质异常,其中最明显的是其S谱系中S2-谷氨酸(GA)显著降低,S11多巴胺(DA)显著降低。据此为患者推荐补脑食物和能源。结论在ET检查谱系变化的指导下,配合合理膳食,对降低迟发脑病的发生和发展等方面具有重要意义。 [Objective]To explore the application of Encephalofluctuograph technology(ET) in diet nursing for patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. [Methods]ET detection was conducted in 6 patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. [Results]There was abnormality in intracerebral neurotransmitters level of patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning,S2 GA(glutamic acid) and S11 DA(dopamine) of S-lineage decreased significantly.According to this result,patients were given beneficial food and energy. [Conclusion]The rational diet in the guidance of ET detection has important significance to decrease the incidence of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
