农民专业合作社发展现状的实证研究——基于安徽省7县(区)47个合作社的问卷调查

An Empirical Study on the Current Development of Farmers’Co-operatives——Based on the Survey of 47 Co-operatives in 7 Counties in Anhui Province

基于安徽省7县(区)47个农民专业合作社的问卷调查,文章以实证的方法描述了当前农民专业合作社发展的基本状况、主要特征和存在问题等,并在此基础上进行了简要分析。值得重视是总体而言当前存在重发展轻规范的问题。另外,在扶持政策落实、融资、民主管理等方面都还有许多问题亟待解决。

This paper is based on the survey of 47 co-operatives in 7 counties in Anhui Province and applies empirical methodology in the study.It first gave an outline of the current development of the farmers’specialized co-operatives,describes their characteristics and pointed out main problems existed,and then is followed by analysis brief yet to the point.It calls for our attention to the issue that development has been overstressed and the norm should have been given more respect.Furthermore,there are still a lot of urgent issues to be settled,such as the implementation of supportive agriculture policies,financing channels and democratic management.
