摘要
如何建立一个积极的进步的企业质量体系，以确保企业质量体系对市场行为持续的适应性和有效性；这是一个新的值得探索的研究课题。本文从实现企业效益目标、满足用户需求、追求先进技术、提高职工素质和不断改进的企业行为作为不断完善质量体系永恒目标的可行性措施，探索了一种有效实施质量体系的新手段，并就质量体系与企业经营机制的关系，对一些困难企业依靠质量走解困之路谈了自己的见解。
It will be worth to study how to set a active progressive enterprise quality system that ensures continuing suitability and effectiveness for market behaviour.A new effective dint which activizes quality system such as kealize enterprise performance aim, meeting the customer's need,seeking after advanced techniques,elevating diathesis of workers,improving enterprise behaviour is availability aition which is eternal aim improving quality system ect has been reseached.And some allegutions which some diffecult enterprise is out of trouble dependent on quality,for the relation between quality system and enterprise's managing mechanism.
