The Way to Implement Remote Monitoring in DCS Experiment Teaching System by OPC Technique

提出了一种利用OPC技术实现对SUPCON DCS系统进行远程实时监控的实验教学系统的设计方法,实现了DCS系统实时数据的远程Web传输和动态显示等功能;对OPC客户端程序和访问OPC服务器的ActiveX控件进行了开发,实现了在Web页面中嵌入ActiveX控件并与OPC服务器的通信。结合系统实例,给出了一组通过Web访问OPC服务器来实现对现场设备进行监控的实时数据。实验证明,该方法为DCS远程监控实验教学系统的实现提供了一种新的途径。

A design method of experimental teaching system by using OPC technique to monitor the remote real-time data in the system of SUPCON DCS was presented,so as to transmit remote real-time data of DCS system and to display the data dynamically by Web. It was illustrated to program OPC client and ActiveX controls to access OPC server, and to embed ActiveX controls in Web pages to implement the communication with the OPC server. With the examples of experimental teaching system, a group of real-time data obtained by accessing OPC server to monitor the on-site equipment by Web was given. The experiment proved that a new way was provided to implement remote monitoring in DCS experimental teaching system.
