摘要 通过金属离子对纤维素酶系中3大组分(β-葡萄糖苷酶、内切葡聚糖酶和外切葡聚糖酶)酶活的影响,探讨金属离子对纤维素酶活影响的作用机理。试验结果表明,金属离子Co2+、Zn2+、Mn2+对内切葡聚糖酶酶活具有促进作用;Co2+和K+对外切葡聚糖酶的酶活具有促进作用;Co2+、Mn2+、Ca2+和Mg2+对β-葡萄糖苷酶具有促进作用,来源不同的纤维素酶,因其酶系组分不一样,酶促离子对纤维素酶的促进作用有所差异。 The study of the three major components ( β- glucosidase, endo - 1,4 - [3 - D - glucanase and exo - 1,4 - β-D -glucanase) enzyme activity was influenced by the metal ions. The results showed that Co2+ , Zn2 + , Mn2+ were promoted to internal endoglucanase activity, Co2 + and K + were promoted to External endoglucanase activity, Co2 + , Mn2 + , Ca2 + and Mg2 + were enhanced the β- glucosidase activity. Because of its different component, the activity of enzymes cellulose from different sources was found to be dissimilar under the same metal ions concentration.
