基于简易六段法的RIEGL VZ-400激光扫描仪精度测试方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 三维激光扫描仪作为工程应用中获取高精度海量数据的新型测绘手段,其标称精度与实测精度是否符合直接决定着工程测量的可靠性。本文结合一些学者在三维激光扫描仪精度测试方面的研究,提出了基于简易六段法的RIEGL VZ-400三维激光扫描仪距离精度测试方法,该方法操作简便,保证精度且不依靠高精度基线。通过全站仪TDA5005构造简易六段解析模型,对距离观测值进行系统误差和偶然误差改正,获得距离真值,然后建立基线比较模型,采用最小二乘平差解算VZ-400激光扫描仪的加乘常数,求解出测距精度。解算出基准精度为0.27mm,VZ-400的测距精度为0.5521mm,评定出VZ-400激光扫描仪实际测距精度为0.6146mm,符合标称精度。 3D laser scanner is a new instrument for obtaining data with high precision in engineering. The quality of measurements is determined by the consistency between proclaimed accurarcy and actual accuracy of the instrument used. This paper proposes a simple six-range analytical method to test distance accuracy of RIEGL VZ-400 3D laser scanner. The method is convenient and not relying on high precision baselines. The simple six-range analytical model is firstly set up with electronic total station TDAS005 so as to get true distances. Then base-line comparative model is formulated to get additive and multiplication constant of VZ-400 with the least squares method. It shows that the datum accuracy is 0.27mm and the accuracy of VZ-400 is 0. 5521mm. The estimated distance accuracy of VZ-400 is 0. 6146mm which is consistant with the proclaimed accuracy.
