固定化球等鞭金藻的生长及抑菌活性研究

摘要 分别选用悬浮培养法、海藻酸钙固定培养法和海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-海藻酸钠(Alginate-chitosan-alginate,ACA)微胶囊法对球等鞭金藻(Isochrysisgalbana)进行培养,对其生长情况进行研究。并且用磷酸缓冲液、95%乙醇溶液、甲醇/甲苯(3∶1)、乙酸乙酯、丙酮5种溶剂提取藻细胞中的抑菌物质,以金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)和大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)为指示菌,测得不同培养方法所得藻提取物的抑菌效果。通过试验表明ACA微胶囊法藻细胞生长周期长,抑菌物质含量高,抑菌效果最好。 In this study, we use suspension culture method, calcium alginate gel, ACA microcapsule to culture lsochrysis galbana, and study the growth condition of it. We used phosphate buffer, 95 % ethanol, methanol/ toluene(3: 1, Volume ration), ethyl acetate, acetone as solvent to extract antibacterial materials from Isochrysis galbana. We used S. aureus and Escherichia coli as indicative bacteria to study the antibacterial activities of materials from Escherichia coll. Through the experiments, we found Isochrysis galbana was cultured by ACA have long growth cycle, and the extract from it have good antibacterial activities.
