超快速液相色谱测定食品中对羟基苯甲酸酯类 被引量:9

摘要 对比建立了超快速液相色谱测定食品中4种对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂的分析方法,在5min内完成样品分析,检测灵敏度高,样品前处理方法简捷,并能有效避免假阳性的干扰,保障了定性的可靠性和定量的准确性。对市售部分果汁、饮料、腌菜及酱油样品进行检测,线性相关系数达0.9999,最低检出限降低为0.9mg/kg,加标回收率可达89.9%以上。 The quantitative analysis of p-hydroxybenzoic acid esters in foods by UFLC was studied. The recoveries of the four compositions were 0.999 9, the lowest detection reached to 0.9 mg/kg, standard deviation was high than 89.9 %. We can finish the determination in five minutes, simple, efficient and accurate.
