摘要
制备以电子媒介体聚苯胺和纳米TiO2固定辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)的生物传感器,研究该传感器的电化学性质。结果表明,该传感器对H2O2和NaNO2都具有很好的电催化还原性。在含有0.01mg/L~100mol/L的NaNO2(pH=9)的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,具有良好的线性相关性,其相关系数为0.994 6,检出限为0.001 mg/L。应用于火腿肠中亚硝酸盐的测定,回收率为94%~103%。
The hydrogen peroxide biosensor has been prepared by immobilizing fixed horseradish peroxidase (HRP), with polyaniline mediation and nano-TiO2. The electrochemical performance of biosensor was studied. The results show that H2O2 and NaNO2 have good catalytic reductive. The biosensor had a good linear relationship to NaNO2 (pH=9) of phosphate buffer solution in the range 0.01 mg/L-100 mol/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.994 6, and the detection limit was 0.001 mg/L. The biosensor was applied to determination of Nitrite in Ham Saysauge with satisfactory results, and the coefficient of recovery is 94 %-103 %.
