摘要
综述植物纤维发酵生产乙醇的原理、混菌发酵的微生态机理及方法等方面的研究进展,同时对混菌发酵存在的问题进行阐述、提出相应的解决方案,并进行展望。
Research advances on the theory of plant fiber producing ethanol by fermentation,the micro-ecological mechanism and methods of mixed fermentation were introduced in the paper as well as the current problems and relevant solutions and the perspectives in this field.
