摘要
根据河南电网发展的特点提出了电网开环的原则,并依照该原则对河南220kV电网"十二五"期间的开环方案进行了详细的论述。提出的开环方案为"十二五"期间河南电网的科学规划和安全运行提供了有效的指导,同时,有关开环原则对其他省份开展类似研究也具有重要的参考价值。
The paper puts forward the power grid opening principle according to the development characteristics of the Henan Power Grid,and particularly analyzes the opening schemes for Henan 220kV Power Grid during 12th Five-Year based on the principle.The opening schemes in the paper provide effective instruction on the scientific planning and safe operation of the Henan Power Grid during 12th Five-Year,in addition,the related opening principle plays an important role in the similar researches of the other provinces.
