单卷扬机运行法处理检修中泄洪闸倾斜故障

Single-hoist Operation on Processing Sluice Tilting in Overhauling

针对大型平面闸门在检修中发生倾斜故障,在现场水工结构不具备使用汽车吊和不能直接起升闸门的情况下,提出分离左右卷扬机分别吊起闸门的单卷扬机运行法,调正闸门、消除故障、恢复了检修作业,没发生闸门坠落和设备损坏事故,保证了闸门安全。

The large flat sluice tilted fault occurred in the overhaul,on the condition that hydraulic structure in the field does not permit using motor lifting crane,and the sluice can not be directly lifted,proposed single-hoist operation method of separating left and right hoist and lifting the sluice respectively,then the position of the sluice was adjusted correct and the fault was eliminated,recovered the overhaul operation,no accident happened and ensured the safety of the sluice.
