摘要
教育是以生命影响生命的事业,是促进学生心灵成长的过程。为了更好地实现生命影响,首先要有一个平等、民主、和谐的新型师生关系作为基础。"让学生走进老师的世界",我们通过开设心理校本课程的尝试,给师生交往、改善师生关系提供了另一种模式。该模式建立了师生对话机制,培养了学生的移情能力,也为学生自主发展、提高教育教学实效打造了和谐健康的心理平台。
Education is a cause of affecting life with life, a process of promoting students' mental growth, which should be based on the new relationship between teacher and student: equal, democratic and harmonious. By way of school -based psychological course, "let students enter their teachers' world", a new mode is offered for teacher and student to interact with each other for a better relationship between them. The mechanism of dialogue between teacher and student has been established, and students' ability of empathy has been fostered, and also the harmonious and healthy platform has been constructed for the higher teaching efficiency.
