摘要
本研究针对课程改革推进之困境,前期课题研究之弱点,以及教师专业发展之缺陷提出,通过研究,对智慧、教育教学智慧以及课堂教学智慧等理论问题形成了校本的话语体系,并对教学智慧形成的心理机制以及在教学行为中的表现形态形成了富有逻辑的建构,从而很好地推动了学校教育科研、学生发展以及教师专业成长。
The study on "wisdom-oriented classroom teaching", in light of predicaments in curriculum reform, weaknesses of the preceding stage, and defects of teacher professional development, points out that such issues as wisdom, educational wisdom and classroom wisdom have formed the school -based system, and that logical construction has been achieved in psychological mechanism and ways of expression in the process of instruction, serving the purpose of better promotion of school education and research, student development and teacher professional growth.
