摘要
教育要发展,师资是关键。针对当前农村教师队伍仍存在的不稳定因素、待遇不公平造成心理失衡、享受不到优质职后教育、政府缺乏政策倾斜和相应的督查措施等方面的问题,需要在政策上突出农村教育地位,让农村教师享受相同待遇,科学评价农村教师工作,制定并实施督查措施,强化职后教育工作,提高师范院校培养质量。
Teachers are the key to educational development. Some problems with rural teachers inclmte unsteady factors, psychological unbalance for unequal treatment, lack of post -service education, want of policy priority, and corresponding supervision measures, etc. Thus the status of rural education need to be emphasized in policy to provide rural teachers with equal treatment, and scientific evaluation of rural teachers" achievements in necessary as well. To promote the quality of teacher college education, supervision measures must be laid down and carried out, and post-service education must also be reinforced.
