摘要
考察教研室发展的历史,不难发现,其教研工作的方式随不同发展阶段教研室工作职责和职能的变化而变化,这是一条基本规律。教育高位均衡发展态势下,教研室应积极顺应社会经济变革和教育发展的现实需求,促进教研方式的转型,引领和促进教育的创新和发展。
Reviewing the history of teaching and research section development shows that the style of teaching and research changes with various stages and responsibilities, which is a fundamental principle. In the state of educational balanced development, teaching and research sections should adapt themselves to the realistic requirements of social economic renovation and educational development to promote the conversion in the style of teaching and research for the purpose of educational creation and development.
