摘要
目的回顾性分析64排螺旋CT扫描及三维重建技术在寰枢椎损伤中的诊断价值。方法 23例寰枢椎损伤患者,均行64排螺旋CT扫描及后处理重建(包括MPR,MIP,VR),平扫层厚5.0 mm,重建层厚0.5 mm。结果 23例患者中,寰椎骨折5例,枢椎骨折18例,其中合并寰枢关节脱位5例。64排螺旋CT及后处理技术可以清晰显示骨折的部位及分型,寰齿间隙的改变。结论 64排螺旋CT三维重建技术是诊断寰枢推损伤的首选方法。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the diagnostic value of 64-slice helical CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in atlas and axis injury.Methods Twenty-three patients with atlantoaxial injury underwent 64-slice helical CT scanning and then three-dimensional CT images were reconstructed by multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and volume rendering(VR) with a slice thickness of 5.0 mm and a reconstruction slice thickness of 0.5 mm.Results Among the 23 patients,5 had atlas fracture,18 had axis fracture and 5 had atlas-axis joint dislocation.Three dimensional reconstruction of 64-slice helical CT clear displayed the location and type of fracture and the change of atlas-dens interval.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of 64-slice helical CT is an ideal method for diagnosis of atlas and axis injury.
