雌激素受体基因多态性与骨质疏松的关系 被引量:4

摘要 骨质疏松是一种以骨密度降低、骨量减少和骨组织显微结构退化为特征的代谢紊乱性疾病,能导致骨脆性增加,增高骨折的风险性。骨密度(BMD)是描述骨特征和诊断骨质疏松的数量性状,认为是最重要的预测骨质疏松性骨折的因子。
