摘要
采用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM等现代测试技术以及测定钙离子交换量的方法研究了焙烧高岭土与碱液作用制备4A分子筛的反应过程。给出了采用高岭土制备4A分子筛的最佳条件,并提出以焙烧高岭土合成的4A分子筛其形成机理应以异相成核为主。
In present work,reactive process of calcined kaolinite with alkaline solution making for 4A zeolite were studied by determining exchange amounts of Ca2+ ions and by TG-DTA,XRD,SEM.The optimum condition for the preparation of 4A zeolite was provided.Furthermore,the new opinions that the formation mechanism of 4A zeolite was mainly heterogenous nucleation and the dissolution of calcined kaolinite in alkaline solution was the controlling step in the whole synthesis process were also provided.
