摘要
制备了快速凝固Ni-50Al-5Si-2Fe-0.25Ce合金,用碱洗抽Al的方法加以活化,对活化后催化剂的结构特征及其十八腈加氢催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,快凝Ni-50Al-5Si-2Fe-0.25Ce前置体合金中含有较多的Ni2Al3及NiAl3相;活化后所得到的新型催化剂与常规RaneyNi相比,其孔径尺寸减小,f.c.cNi晶粒细化,点阵参数扩大。
Rapidly solidified Ni-50Al-5Si-2Fe-0.25Ce alloy was prepared and activated by leaching Al out.Its structure features and catalytic properties on fatty nitrile hydrogenation were investigated.It was found that the rapidly solidified precursor alloy was rich in Ni 2Al 3 and NiAl 3 phases;Compared to conventionally prepared Raney Ni,the new catalyst has small pore diameter,fine f.c.c. Ni grain,big lattice parameter,and high activities and selectivities on two selective reactions to primary amine as well as secondary amine.
