摘要
采用尿素中和沸腾强迫水解法在壳聚糖的存在下合成了β-FeOOH微晶,研究了壳聚糖对β-FeOOH微晶生成的影响,发现随着壳聚糖用量的增加,β-FeOOH的长轴径增大。随着体系pH值的升高,产物的长轴径减小,认为壳聚糖在pH<4.2时具有微晶生长促进作用,而在pH>4.2时则具有微晶生长抑制作用。本工作利用TEM、XRD和IR技术对产物进行了特性表征,发现其亚晶态结构针状空管的外径在1~4nm范围。
The β-FeOOH crystallite were prepared with chitosan using urea neutralization boiling forcing-hydrolysis method.The influence of chitosan on β-FeOOH crystallite were studied.It is found that β-FeOOH long axis diameter increases with increasing amount of chitosan and decreases with the rising pH.Chitosan is being think as β-FeOOH crystallite growing promoters when pH<4.2 and as inhibitors when pH>4.2. β-FeOOH is also characterized by TEM,XRD and IR in this paper.It is found that the external diameter of subcrystals of β-FeOOH is in 1~4nm range.The formation process of β-FeOOH with chitosan is being preliminary deduced.
