摘要
简要叙述了苯酚生产过程中介质对调节阀节流件的腐蚀，分析了介质浓度、温度对材料耐蚀性能的影响，通过耐蚀材料的正确选用，提高了调节阀的使用寿命。
The corrosion of intermedium on fluid parts of adjusting valve during the production of phenol is described briefly.The effect of the concentration and temperature of intermedium on the corrosion-resistant properties of materials is analysed.The life of adjusting valve is improved by the correct selection of anticorrosion materials.Therefore, the higher property-price ratio is obtained.
