卷烟材料组合对主流烟气中7种有害成份释放量的影响 被引量:29

摘要 为研究卷烟设计对主流烟气中一氧化碳(CO)、氢氰酸(HCN)、NNK、氨(NH3)、苯并[a]芘、苯酚及巴豆醛等7种有害成份释放量的影响规律,选择成型纸透气度、接装纸透气度、卷烟纸透气度、卷烟纸克重及滤棒吸阻5个因素,采用正交设计与响应面优化设计相结合的方法制定了卷烟设计方案,使用偏最小二乘法建立了上述因素与混合型卷烟主流烟气中上述7种成份释放量之间的多因素影响模型。模型分析的结果表明,卷烟设计中,对7种分析物释放量影响最大的因素为接装纸透气度,而卷烟纸克重影响较小。随着成型纸透气度、滤棒吸阻、卷烟纸透气度、接装纸透气度升高,释放量有不同程度的降低。通过模型拟合和验证,证明所建立的模型具有理论合理性,与实际验证拟合度较好。运用该模型,可在限定的研究区域内对该7种有害成份的释放量进行预测,以确定较好的卷烟材料组合。 A multi-factor model was established to investigate the effect of cigarette design on emission of 7 harmful chemicals in mainstream smoke,.Five factors were chosen,which were air permeability of plug wrap paper,tipping paper and cigarette paper,cigarette paper weight and draw resistance of filter.Orthogonal design and response surface optimization design was used in cigarette design. Partial least-square regression(PLS) was used for the establishment of a model on relationship between cigarette material parameters and emission of Hoffmann analytes in mainstream smoke.Results from analysis of the model showed that air permeability of tipping paper had highly significant effect on emission of 7 analytes.Increasing air permeability of plug wrap paper,draw resistance of filter,air permeability of cigarette paper and tipping paper can reduce emission of these 7 analyte in varying degrees.Model fitting and verification proved that the model was sound in theory and the regression equation was in good conformity with actual results.Based on this model,the emission of 7 analytes in mainstream smoke can be predicted within limited test range,A good combination of cigarette meterials can be determined in reduced-harm cigarette design.
