摘要 以碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和正十二醇(C12H25OH)为原料,采用Fe2O3/黏土作催化剂,经酯交换反应制备出碳酸二月桂酯(DDC)。考察了酯化反应条件对产物收率的影响,结果表明:在n(C12H25OH):n(DMC)为3、催化剂占原料质量分数为5%,反应温度为130℃、反应时间为2 h的最佳条件下,DDC及总酯的收率分别为46.04%,74.40%;此条件下所得DDC产物在100,40℃时的运动黏度分别为2.200,8.606 mm2/s,黏温指数为37.04,适合作为中黏度指数润滑油。 The didodecyl carbonate (DDC) was prepared by transesterification with dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and dodecanol as materials, iron trioxide/clay as catalyst. The effect of reaction conditions on the yield of products were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were: the mole ratio of dodecanol to DMC 3, the mass fraction of catalyst to materials 5% , the temperature 130 ℃ ,reaction time 2 h. Under these conditions,the yield of DDC and the total ester yield were 46.04% , 74.40% respectively, the kinematic viscosity of product was 2. 200 mm2/s at temperature of 100 ℃, and 8.606 mm2/ s at temperature of 40 ℃ ,the viscosity index was 37.04, so that DDC was suitable to be medium viscosity index lubricant.
