常三线柴油碱洗乳化抑制剂的改进及工业应用

摘要 为解决加工高酸值原油时常三线重质柴油碱洗过程中存在的乳化问题,对HPL-2型柴油乳化抑制剂进行了改进,即通过添加阳离子表面活性剂与原主要有效成分高分子嵌段聚醚形成多元复配物。改进后的HPL-3型柴油乳化抑制剂工业应用结果表明,在碱洗其他操作条件与使用HPL-2型柴油乳化抑制剂基本相同的情况下,即使碱洗温度由90℃降低至约60℃,碱洗罐单罐流量由20 t/h增大至约30 t/h,重质柴油碱洗过程中的乳化现象亦得到消除,碱洗罐排出碱渣中的含油质量分数由约9%降低至不大于2%。 In order to solve the emulsification problem in the process of soda - washing high acidity and heavy diesel from the third atmospheric distillation sideline, the HPL - 2 diesel emulsification inhibitor was improved by reacting cationic surfactant with block copolyether, the main componeat of original inhibitor, to form a multivariate blend. The industrial application of the improved diesel emulsification inhibitor HPL -3 showed that the emulsification had disappeared even if the soda- washing temperature reduced from 90 ℃ to 60 ℃ and the diesel flow increased from 20 t/h to 30 t/h, when the other operating conditions were the same with those of HPL -2. And the mass fraction of oil in alkaline residue discharged from the soda- washing tank could reduce from about 9% to less than 2%.
