摘要
通过采取不同的检索策略,从国家知识产权局专利数据库检索到截至2009年10月的与茂金属催化剂相关的中国专利912件。从时间分布、国别构成、技术构成及法律状态等方面对这些专利的态势进行了分析,并对国内外主要专利权人的技术特点进行了分析对比,提出国内烯烃聚合用茂金属催化剂领域的研究发展建议。
912 pieces Chinese patents on metallocene catalyst by october of 2009 were searched from the patents data base of state intellectual property office of China by adopting different search tactics. The state of these patents was analyzed including application data distribution, nations formation, technology structure and law state et al, and the technological characteristics of the major patent owners at home and abroad were analyzed and compared. Some advices were proposed for the domestic research and development of the metallocene catalyst used in olefin polymerization.
