摘要
目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法对782例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予常规治疗加蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,对照组383例给予常规治疗。结果治疗组和对照组分别入组399例和383例患儿,治疗组在咽痛时间、发热持续时间、总病程方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液可有效治疗小儿手足口病。
Objective To evaluate effects of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in treating hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in children. Methods 782 patients with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups; 399 patients in the observed group were treated with rou- tine measures plus Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid, whereas 383 patients in the comparing group were treated with routine measures. Re- sults Duration of clinic symptom sign as well as the total length of disease of the observed group were significantly shorter than those of the comparing group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid has a good therapeutic effect in children with HFMD.
