复方甘草酸苷片联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床分析

Clinical Analysis about Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and Flumethasone Compound Ointment in Treatment of Chronic Eczema

目的评价复方甘草酸苷片联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法 80例慢性湿疹患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组:咪唑斯汀缓释片+复方氟米松软膏;观察组:咪唑斯汀缓释片+复方氟米松软膏+复方甘草酸苷片。结果观察组治愈率为45.00%(18/40),高于对照组治愈率20.00%(8/40),具有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应均较少,差异也不显著(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹患者疗效可靠,而且也较安全,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective Evaluation efficacy about compound glycyrrhizin tablets and flumethasone compound ointment in treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 80 cases of chronic eczema patients were divided into observation group and control group. Control group： mizolastine sustained-release tablets＋compound flumetasone ointment. Observation group： mizolastine sustained-release tablets＋compound flumetasone ointment＋compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Results Observation group cure rate 45.00%（18/40） higher than the control group cute rate 20.00%（8/40）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions of the two groups were less, and the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compound glyeyrrhizin tablets and flumethasone compound ointment are safe and reliable in treatment of chronic eczema and have important clinical value.
