鼻腔鼻窦恶性淋巴瘤22例诊疗体会

The Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of Nasal Sinus Malignant Lymphoma LIU Fuping

目的探讨鼻腔鼻窦恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现、病理诊断及疗效回顾。方法分析2001年1月～2005年1月我院收治的22例鼻腔鼻窦恶性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,并进行随访。结果本组患者经过治疗后症状有了不同程度的改善,随访中,10例患者1年内死亡,7例在5年内死亡,2例因失去联系失访。3例存活5年以上,5年存活率为13.6%。结论对疑为鼻腔鼻窦恶性淋巴瘤的患者,尽早进行病理学检查确诊,以化疗联合局部放疗为主要治疗方案,近期治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and pathological diagnosis of nasal sinus malignant lymphoma. Methods We analyzed the clinical data of 22 eases of nasal sinus malignant lymphoma in our hospital,and followed up. Results After the treatment,the patients＇ symptoms have improved to some extent. 10 patients died within 1 year, 7 patients died within 5 years,2 patients lost contact, 3 patients survived more than 5 years. The 5-year survival rate was 13.6%. Conclusion The suspected patients of nasal sinus malignant lymphoma should be taken pathological examination as soon as possible. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy,as the main treatment options,have better recent treatment effect.
