摘要
在超高效电机的研制中,采用铸铜转子是一种提高电机效率的有效方法。为了对比分析铸铝转子与铸铜转子电机的内部损耗特性,本文利用场-路耦合时步有限元法,以1台5.5 kW异步电机为例,计算分析采用铸铝转子和铸铜转子时电机各项损耗及效率的变化特点。结果发现:空载时,2种转子的各项损耗并无太大差别;满载时,定子铜耗和铁耗差别不大,铜转子基波铜耗大幅降低,但谐波铜耗略微增加,最终使得电机总损耗降低约60W,效率增加约1%。
During the development of premium motors,it is an effective method to adopt the cast copper rotor for improving the motor efficiency.In order to compare the loss characteristics of the squirrel cage asynchronous motors with cast aluminum and cast copper rotors in this paper,taking a 5.5kW motor as an example,the losses and efficiency characteristics are computed and analyzed by means of field-circuit coupling time stepping finite element when cast aluminum and cast copper rotors are adopted respectively.It is found that,under no-load condition,all kinds of the losses are no remarkable difference between cast aluminum motor and cast copper one;under full-load conditions,the stator copper loss and iron losses are the same basically,however,the rotor fundamental copper losses is decreased significantly,on the contrary,the rotor harmonic copper loss is increased relatively,which results that the total loss of the motor decreases about 60W,namely,the efficiency can be improved by 1%.
