摘要
采用土壤盆栽试验,研究了猪粪中不同浓度铜对油菜生物量和植株铜富集含量的影响。土壤中铜含量随猪粪中铜浓度的增加而大幅增加,油菜生长60d的地上部与地下部鲜重较对照组显著下降(p<0.05),且油菜植株地下部铜富集系数明显大于地上部富集系数。
A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different content of copper in pig feces on biomass and copper accumulation of Brassica juncea.The copper content in soil increased with increasing copper content in pig feces;at 60 days after cultivation,the fresh weight of overground part and underground portion of Brassica juncea in copper pollution group obviously lower than that in control group(p0.05),and the copper accumulation index of underground portion was obviously higher than that of overground part of Brassica juncea.
