摘要
采用气相色谱法研究了25%噻嗪酮WP中噻嗪酮在广东省、湖南省两地水稻植株中的降解动态和在植株、稻米及米糠中的最终残留量。研究结果表明,噻嗪酮在水稻植株、稻米和米糠中的添加回收率分别为84.43%~91.61%、81.80%~94.18%和82.47%~96.11%。噻嗪酮在植株中的降解动态符合一级动力学指数模型,广东省和湖南省水稻植株茎叶中的半衰期分别为4.87 d和5.06 d。25%噻嗪酮WP以75 g(a.i.)/hm2和112.5 g(a.i.)/hm2剂量施药后,在广东省和湖南省两地水稻植株噻嗪酮含量为0.016 8~0.029 4 mg/kg;噻嗪酮在两地稻米中的的残留量为0.009 5~0.011 7 mg/kg;在两地米糠中的残留量为0.014 2~0.019 3mg/kg。
Degradation dynamics and terminal residue of 25% of Buprofezin WP in rice plant in Guangdong province and Hunan province were investigated by gas chromatography.The results showed that the fortified recovery rate of Buprofezin from rice plant,rice grain and rice bran was 84.43%~91.61%,81.80%~94.18% and 82.47%~96.11%,respectively.Degradation dynamics of Buprofezin in rice plant was based on first-order reaction dynamic equations.The half-life of Buprofezin in rice plant was 4.87 d in Guangdong province and 5.06 d in Hunan province.When using dosages of 25% Buprofezin WP by 75 g(a.i.)/hm2 and 112.5 g(a.i.)/hm2,the final residual of Buprofezin in the rice plant in Guangdong province and Hunan province was 0.016 8 mg/kg~0.029 4 mg/kg;the final residual of Buprofezin in the rice grain in Guangdong province and Hunan province was 0.009 5 mg/kg~0.011 7 mg/kg;the final residual of Buprofezin in the rice bran in Guangdong province and Hunan province was 0.014 2 mg/kg~ 0.019 3 mg/kg.
