All along, conventional blast-furnace’s liquidometer of the liquid iron only have two functions, displaying the current weight of hot-metalcars and alarming. But now, after our efforts what we redesign the original system’s hardware, add two sets of equipment （the hot-metalcars stop direction and the railway auto-identification equipment）, and provide with one set of full functional management software, the blast-furnace’s liquidometer of the liquid iron is working to the fullest. The software’s highlight is that it can judge the tapping hole’s state and provide with integral statistical reports by itself. This late-model blast-furnace’s liquidometer of the liquid iron performs excellently in improving the safety of the productive process and the automaticity. So it is completely accord with the tendency of blast-furnace’s full automation and it is highly possible that this late-model liquidometer becomes the development wind vane of the blast-furnace’s liquidometer of the liquid iron.
