摘要 通过热力学计算,分析残钙量对铝镇静钢中夹杂物钙处理变性的影响。理论分析表明,T=1 873 K,酸溶铝质量分数为0.02%~0.05%时,残钙质量分数应大于18′10–6,最好控制在31×10-6之上。现场试验结果表明,吨钢钙加入量为149.1~171.5 g时,随加钙量的增加,钙收得率增加,残钙量增加,夹杂物变性效果变好;吨钢钙加入量为171.5~185.4 g时,随加钙量的增加,后钙收得率和残钙量都降低,夹杂物变性效果变差。 Effects of the remaining calcium amount on modification of the inclusions in the Al-killed steel after Ca-treatment are analyzed through thermodynamic calculation.Through theoretical analysis,[T=1 873 K],when [w(Als)= 0.02%~0.05%],residual calcium content should be more than [18×10–6 ]and preferably within [31×10-6] or more.In on-site experiment,calcium retrieval rate and remnants of calcium increases with the increased amount of calcium when amount of addition calcium per ton is [149.1 ~171.5] g,inclusions degeneration effect is better.When calcium addition amount in molten steel is more than [171.5~185.4 ] g,calcium retrieval rate and remnants of calcium reduce inclusions degeneration effect becomes poor.
