摘要
采用热弹塑性有限元方法计算陶瓷表面残余应力,将力学问题简化为求解在移动集中力和移动集中热源作用下的应力模型,采用逐点移位法处理载荷的模态输入,计算结果与测试结果相比较具有较好的计算精度,从而为实现陶瓷磨削残余应力的预测与控制提供了理论基础。
The surface residual stresses of ceramics after grinding has been calculated by the method of thermoelasto plasticity finite element.The stress model has been found under concentrated grinding force and concentrated heat source.The mode import of load has been processed by using moving position method one by one.Thereby the theoretical basis on predicting and controling residual stresses of ceramics has been previded.
