摘要
通过焦炭显微结构、热性能、结构强度与显微强度指标分析,研究不同炼焦煤与瘦煤间的共碳化,得到气肥煤和肥煤在瘦煤形成的纤维结构与片状结构周围铺展性较好;肥煤与瘦煤间具有良好的配伍性;焦煤则主要以自成焦为主,因此,当增加瘦煤的配用量,焦煤的增加量应加以控制。
By the research of coke microstructure, thermal properties, structural strength and micro strength, The coking properties between every single coal and lean coal was analyzed. The results indicated the fluidity of gas-fat coal and fat coal is very good around the fibrous and sheet structure formed by the lean coal. There is a good compatibility between fat coal and lean coal. Coking coal mainly coke itself, so coking coal ratio used should be controlled when lean coal is increased.
