摘要
通过静电层层组装技术,得到了纳米粒子二硫化锡(SnS2)、单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)多层膜修饰电极。用电化学循环伏安法(CV)、电化学阻抗(EIS)法对该多层膜修饰电极进行表征,证明了其多层膜修饰电极具有很好的稳定性、重复性、有序性、均一性。并且该多层膜修饰电极对多巴胺(DA)具有良好的电催化效果,在pH=7.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,DA及抗坏血酸(AA)在多层膜修饰电极中的氧化峰能够很好地分开,在大量AA存在下测定DA结果满意。
Multilayer films containing chitosan(CHIT),SnS2 nanoparticles,single wall carbon nanotube were prepared by layer-by-layer assembly technique.The assembled multilayer films were characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The result of CV and EIS shows that the peak current or electron transfer resistance all have linearity changed with assembled layers increased.The multilayer films show electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of dopamine(DA).In pH 7.0 phosphate buffered solution(PBS),the voltammetric signal of dopamine(DA) and ascorbic acid(AA) could obtain well-separation on assembled(SWCNTs/CHIT-SnS2)4 films modified electrode.It is possible for detection of DA in the presence of AA in real sample by(SWCNTs/CHIT-SnS2)4 films modified electrode.
