摘要
为了研究高炉喷吹的能源利用效率,根据物质流分析方法,建立了高炉炼铁工序的(火用)分析模型。应用该模型,对某钢铁公司的炼铁工序进行了能量流(火用)分析,结果表明:与高炉喷煤相比,在高炉喷吹煤与废塑料混合燃料的条件下,高炉炼铁工序不仅节约了焦炭和喷吹用煤,同时(火用)效率提高了4%。
In order to study the utilization efficiency of energy on injecting blast furnace,the analytic model ofexergy for a process is established based on the method of material flow analysis, according to the practical data of an iron & steel factory, the model was used to analyze the exergy. The result indicates that the loss of exergy under the condition of on injecting coal and waste plastics blends is lower 4% than under the condition of on injecting coal singel. Accordingly, The technology of injecting coal and waste plastics blends not only saved coke and coal but also improved the utilization efficiency of energy.
