摘要
利用Fluent软件分别对炼钢超音速氧枪和集束氧枪射流流场的速度进行了模拟,研究发现集束氧枪较超音速氧枪气流沿中心轴线的速度衰减显著下降。通过结果对比,论证了集束射流氧枪的优越性,并且在安阳钢铁公司第二炼钢厂35 t转炉进行了使用并对其使用效果进行了分析。试验结果表明,集束射流氧枪成功的解决了35 t转炉炼钢磷高的问题,并且钢铁料消耗及氧气消耗均有所下降。研究为转炉炼钢用集束射流氧枪的设计提供了理论依据。
The velocity between the supersonic jet and the conherent jet by the software Fluent is simulated, this study shows that velocity along the axis of the coherent jet decreases more slowly to the supersonic jet. The superiority of coherent jet oxygen lance is proved by com- paring the characteristic of the two lances. Coherent jet oxygen lance in Anyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd 35t converter steelmaking is used then the practice effects are analyzed. The research result demonstrats that the coherent jet oxygen lance solved the behavior of high phosphorus successfully, and the consumption of steel stuff and oxygen was declined. This study provides the fundamental basis for designing of the BOF coherent jet in steel making.
