润叶机温度串级模糊控制器的设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 在烟草复烤生产中,润叶质量的好坏直接影响出片率和复烤厂的经济效益。润叶质量主要通过润透率、润后温度及水分的指标来衡量。目前国内采用比例加PID的控制方法不能满足对润叶机的有效控制。简要介绍了串级模糊控制技术在某烟叶复烤厂润叶机二润生产线中的应用,重点论述了温度模糊控制回路及模糊控制器的设计与实现;该控制回路在润叶机的控制系统中运行稳定,取得了良好的控制效果。 In tobacco threshing, the quality of leaf wetting directly influences the tobacco output and the economic benefit of the tobaccothreshing corporation. It was scaled that the target of the watering proportion, temperature, water-percent of the tobacco. At present, the method of scale and PID control can' t realize the efficient control of the conditioning cylinder in our country. This paper has briefly intro- duced the application of the cascade fuzzy control technology in secondly watering production line of the conditioning cylinder in a tobacco threshing factory. It emphasizes on the design and implementation of the temperature fuzzy control loop and the fuzzy controller. In the control system of the conditioning cylinder, the control loop has achieved a good control effect.
