摘要
通过用空间啮合原理的方法,推导出常用的弧齿锥齿轮无根切δ-θfmax线图,并用曲线拟合得到该种锥齿轮的无根切最小变位系数计算公式,为设计者提供了较准确的设计依据。
In this paper, based on the theory of three dimension gearing, the curves without undercut for spiral bevel gears are derived. By means of the mathematical treatment,a formula for calculating the minimum modification coefficient at the condition of no undercut is given as a useful foundation to designers.
