叙述一种采用集散控制技术的自动配煤控制系统.具体介绍了该系统的构成、过程监视设计、实时控制设计及其实现.工业运行结果表明,配煤准确率由人工配煤时的60%上升到97%,焦炭质量稳定率超过90%,年增经济效益达500万元.
An automatic blending control system based on distributed control technology is introduced. The configuration of the system, the design of the process monitoring and real time control and the implementation are presented concretely . The operation results show that the coal blending accuracy is enhanced from 60% by manually to 87%, while the quality stability of the coke is above 90% . The economic returns are up to 5 millions.
