摘要 卷尺弹簧铰链以其质量轻、展开可靠性高以及自动锁定等诸多优点在空间展开机构中得到日益广泛的应用。文中以单根卷尺弹簧为例,研究了弹簧正向折叠和反向折叠的弯曲过程,分析了厚度和横截面圆心角对应变能和稳态弯矩的影响规律。其次研究了展开过程中的弯矩变化,定义了冲击比。最后讨论了正反折叠情况下厚度和截面圆心角对冲击比的影响。 The tape spring hinge has been used widely in the space deploy structures because of its advantages such as the low mass,high reliable and self-locked.The processes of equal sense bending and opposite sense bending of the simple tape spring are studied,and the effects of the thickness and the subtended angle of the tape spring on the elastic strain energy and steady-state moment are analyzed.The impact ratio is defined in this paper to characterize the variety of the moment during the folding.The effects of the thickness and subtended angle on the impact ratio are studied respectively.
