摘要
MMCM(微波多芯片组件)是一门多学科协同设计的产品,其适应了目前电路高密度组装的要求。利用CAD技术可以减少微波多芯片组件盲目性的人工调试,缩短研制周期、减少研制成本,便于得到高指标。文中介绍了MMCM CAD的设计流程和具体的设计方法,对MMCM设计有一定的参考意义。
The Microwave Multi-chip Modules（MMCM） is a product which is designed by multi-disciplinary cooperation,it can satisfy the high density assembly requirement of circuit.The test,RD period and cost can be reduced by using CAD technic.The design flow and method are introduced in this paper,it can provide an useful reference for similar applications.
