煤气加压机大回流系统的节能研究及其在宝钢的应用

摘要 基于加压机大回流系统压力流量特性的讨论,提出并实现了利用风机入口流量预调装置VSRRA来间接改变风机特性的变流量自动恒压控制系统。结合宝钢工程实际,简述了系统结构及主要功能,并对该系统的节能原理作了重点分析。试验及实际运行结果均充分显示出该系统在节能、恒压供气和防喘振上具有优异的性能。 An automatic control system of variable flow but constant pressure is presented and designed on the basis of discussing flow\|pressure character of gas\|pressurized ventilator and large send\|back system,which utilizes VSR\|RA to change the outlet character of gas\|pressurized ventilator indirectly.Combined with Bao Steel's project practice,the paper describes the system construction and main function,and analysis theoretically the principle of saving energy on emphasis.The result of testing and actual operation show the unique advantages of the proposed scheme in saving energy,supplying gas at constant pressure and preventing from surges.\;
