一种基于PC和PLC的二级控制实验系统的实现

本文提出了一种基于ＰＣ和ＰＬＣ的二级控制方案，具体介绍了其结构、通讯方法和程序编制等问题，并通过实验系统的研制验证了它的可行性。作为一种有效的主从式控制系统，它最大的特点是简单可靠，如果将其引入开放式数控，则可成为一种ＰＣＮＣ模式。

This paper presents a kind of two level control precept based on PC and PLC.The configuration,communicating technique and programming are introduced.The feasibility are verified via developing a experiment system.As a kind of effective principal and subordinate system,it is simple and reliable.Meanwhile it will turn to a kind of PCNC model if introduced to the field of open numerical control system.\;
