自校正调节在Z80单板机控制漆包机炉温的应用

The Application for Self\|Tune Regulator on Z80 Computer Controlling Temperature System of Painting Furnace

本文通过介绍自校正调节（ＳＴＲ）算法借助于Ｚ８０ 单板机控制漆包机炉温的情况，说明自校正调节（ＳＴＲ）控制有效地补偿漆包机炉温的纯延时特性和参数飘移（缓慢时变）的影响及随机干扰的误差。

Through the description about that Self\|Tune Regulator is applied to control the temperature of Painting Furnace with help of Z80 computer,We proved that the influences for pure delaying feature and parameter drift of painting furnace and the differences of random interference can be compensated by STR controlling.\;Key words\ Self\|Tune regulator\ \ Temperature Control\ \ Z80 Computer em for large-scale thermal power units$$$$ Wang Qingguo et al(56) Abstract:According to the structural principle of electro-hydraulic servo-valve and it's practical application in DERH system, the typical phenomena of breakdown and it's causes have been analyzed in this paper and some measures to prevent the breakdown are suggested.
