粉煤灰改性脱硫脱硝特性实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以粉煤灰、石灰、添加剂为原料,通过湿法/干法制备了"富氧型"粉煤灰改性吸收剂。通过固定床实验,筛选出添加业氯酸钠(NaClO2)粉煤灰改性吸收剂,具有较好的脱硫脱硝效果;正交实验表明,Ca/(S+N)、温度是影响湿法制备的改性吸收剂脱硫脱硝的主要因素,且在实验条件下,脱硫率可以达到100%,脱硝率最高达到90%;而干法制备的吸收剂,粒径影响最大,且脱硫脱硝效果不如湿法制备的吸收剂。 The fly ash-modified highly reactive " rich oxide" sorbent was prepared by using wet/dry method with fly ashi^lime and additive as raw materials .We find that additive NaClO2 has the uppermost denitrification efficiency through fixture bed experiment. Results of the orthogonal experiment showed that Ca/(S+N) and temperature were main factors influencing desulfurization and denitrification with modified sorbent prepared by wet method. Under the experimental condition, almost all of SO2 can be removed and NO removal efficiency reached to 90%. For modified sorbent prepared by dry method, particles diameter were the key factors to determine desulfurization and denitrification efficiency, the removal efficiency of SO2 and NO were worse than by wet method.
